Who we are
Industry4systems LTD ("I4S", "we") is a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17114065), registered office 19 Millfield Avenue, Walsall, England, WS3 3QS. We are the data controller for personal data described here. Contact: enquiries@i4systems.uk.
What we collect
- Enquiries: when you email us (including through the enquiry form, which opens your own email app), we receive your name, email address, company and anything you choose to include.
- Client project data: when we deliver work, we may process documents and information you provide, under the terms agreed in our proposal.
- Website: this site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How we use it and why
We use enquiry details to reply to you and to prepare proposals (legitimate interests / steps before entering a contract). We use client data only to deliver the agreed work (contract). We do not sell personal data, and we never use client data to train AI models.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and to meet legal and accounting obligations (normally 6 years).
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business (for example email and website hosting), under appropriate contracts. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing enquiries@i4systems.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
